 After a hard days work.Me, Agneta Olsson (kennel Carouselles), Metoda Brackovic, Marika Hümphner and Camilla Svensson decided to find how our dogs should react on sheeps. What happened? They looked at the sheeps, who looked back, when Tibetans were strolling around the sheeps. The sheeps finally lied down and chewed on whatever they had in their mouths. In one respect the Tibetans were very active - noone or nothing were allowed to come close to the sheeps, including the border collies of the sheepfarm. They were chased away. The herdsmen, who was going to evaluate our dogs was not that impressed. And they might not function as border collies, but there are different kinds of herdsmens dogs. Our were very good in guarding the sheeps without making the sheeps stressed in spite that the dogs and the sheeps never before had meet. |
